Hiring process

Five conversations, two weeks, no surprises.

We respect your time. Every step has a clear purpose, and we tell you up front what we're evaluating. We aim to give a yes-or-no within a week of your final round.

STEP 01

Application review

We read every application. Within five business days, you'll hear yes or no — never silence.

STEP 02

Recruiter conversation

30 minutes with a recruiter to align on the role, your goals, comp, timing, and any non-obvious questions.

STEP 03

Hiring-manager interview

45 minutes with the person who'd be your manager. They walk you through the work; you walk them through your background.

STEP 04

Working session

A two-hour, take-home or live exercise tied to the actual work — no leetcode, no whiteboard riddles.

STEP 05

Final round

Three 45-minute conversations with cross-functional partners and our co-founders. Decision within five business days.
